Description

This third-party developed and privately owned and financed quick turn-around facility features service areas for prepping and fueling cars, and storage capacity for 430 vehicles. The single-level facility was completed in May 2016.

CS Project Delivery led the pre-development, financing, deal terms and construction, while CS Operators supported the design team as asset manager on operational considerations in the pre-activation phases of the project. CS Operators continues as asset manager and facility/fuel manager, partnering with a local firm for operational support.
