Description
This 1.6 million square foot joint-use facility consists of seven levels and includes rental car operations (levels 1-3) and public parking (levels 4-7). The rental car levels house a customer service building, a ready return area, and quick turn-around services on the ground level for fueling and car washing.
Additionally, a Remote Service Facility, consisting of multiple service buildings, provides automobile and fuel storage, basic maintenance amenities, fuel storage, electric vehicle charging, and administrative offices. The facility is within walking distance of the terminals via covered pedestrian walkways.
CS Operators began facility operations in 2024 and provides facility and fueling management.

CS Operators assumes operational management at Charlotte Douglas International Airport's consolidated rental car facility
Conrac Solutions (CS) Operators officially assumed facility and fuel management responsibilities at the consolidated rental car facility at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) on July 1, 2024.
Daily operations are led by an on-site management lead and five-member team, supported by CS Operators’ Management and Operational Services System, which enables the company’s collective nationwide expertise to effectively support each operational site.
